Measured the raw shell
Mapped the reflective concrete, glazing, and steel conditions before finishes were locked, identifying where the store would become too live at peak traffic.

Overview
A flagship retail environment demanding the same uncompromising attention to material and detail as the brand itself. Our team engineered an acoustic envelope that controls reflective concrete and steel surfaces without softening the raw architectural language.
Custom diffusion and concealed broadband absorption were integrated within the ceiling plane, preserving the gallery-like visual rhythm while taming reverberation at peak occupancy.
The result is a space where conversation, music, and product presentation each occupy their own clear sonic layer — a retail soundstage tuned for cultural weight.

Process
01
Mapped the reflective concrete, glazing, and steel conditions before finishes were locked, identifying where the store would become too live at peak traffic.
02
Developed concealed absorption and diffusion details that work inside the architecture instead of adding visible acoustic panels.
03
Modeled the retail sound system for consistent energy across the floor while keeping staff and customer speech clear.
04
Tested reverberation, coverage, and nuisance transfer after installation so the final space felt controlled without losing its edge.
