Overview

Project Summary

Broadcast Studio

A purpose-built broadcast studio engineered for live, multi-camera production with zero tolerance for spill between control, talent, and audience zones.

Floating-floor construction, isolated wall assemblies, and a fully decoupled ceiling deliver broadcast-grade isolation from adjacent tenants and the building's mechanical core.

Room tuning, signal flow, and monitoring chains were modeled and verified on-site, producing a facility ready for daily air with consistent, predictable acoustic performance.

Process

What we did

Broadcast isolationControl room tuningStudio planningAV infrastructureCommissioning

01

Defined the broadcast criteria

Established isolation, NC, and monitoring targets for live production rooms, control spaces, podcast suites, and support areas.

02

Designed room-within-room assemblies

Coordinated floating floors, decoupled ceilings, and isolated partitions to stop structure-borne transfer from surrounding tenants.

03

Integrated production systems

Planned technical pathways, control room ergonomics, and monitoring layouts so the room supports fast daily production workflows.

04

Tuned for repeatability

Commissioned the rooms with final measurements, speaker alignment, and adjustments that make each show sound consistent.
