A creative campus and content production studio in SoHo, engineered to support photo, video, and live production alongside open creative workspace within a single landmarked building.
Floating floors, isolated wall assemblies, and quiet mechanical strategies deliver studio-grade isolation without compromising the loft character of the space.
Daylit lounges, edit suites, and meeting rooms each received tuned acoustic treatment to balance collaboration with focused review work.
