Overview

Project Summary

Gaming

A resort-scale gaming environment where coverage, intelligibility, and ambient energy had to coexist across an enormous, architecturally open floor plate.

We modeled coverage zoning across the casino floor to maintain consistent SPL and clarity for paging, gaming, and live entertainment, without bleeding into adjacent food and beverage venues.

Mechanical noise, slot-machine density, and crowd buildup were all engineered into the room response, producing a soundscape that feels active without becoming fatiguing.

What we did

Casino floor acousticsPaging intelligibilityZoned AV designMechanical noise reviewSystem commissioning

01

Mapped the resort soundscape

Studied gaming, hospitality, entertainment, and circulation zones to understand where energy should build and where clarity matters most.

02

Designed coverage by zone

Modeled distributed audio coverage so paging, music, and venue transitions feel even across a large open floor plate.

03

Managed ambient buildup

Addressed mechanical noise, gaming equipment, crowd density, and reflective finishes to prevent the casino from becoming fatiguing.

04

Commissioned at resort scale

Verified intelligibility, levels, and transitions between adjacent venues so the system works as one coordinated experience.
