Overview

Project Summary

EducationalRecording Studio

An educational recording and media production facility designed to give students hands-on experience with professional-grade acoustic environments.

Tracking rooms, control rooms, and post-production suites were each engineered to industry reference standards, scaled to the realities of a teaching environment and shared use.

Sound isolation between adjacent classrooms and studios was prioritized so multiple sessions can run in parallel without compromise to either instruction or recording quality.

What we did

Educational studiosClassroom isolationPost-production roomsTeaching AVPerformance testing

01

Translated professional standards

Set performance criteria that give students real studio conditions while staying durable and maintainable for daily school use.

02

Zoned simultaneous learning

Planned isolation between studios, labs, and classrooms so recording, instruction, and editing can happen at the same time.

03

Tuned the teaching spaces

Balanced room acoustics for instructors, students, and recorded material so lessons remain clear and technical work remains accurate.

04

Validated the facility

Measured completed spaces and adjusted systems so the school inherited rooms that perform reliably from day one.
