Modeled the tenant stack
Reviewed adjacent residential, office, and amenity programs to set vibration and noise transfer targets for the club.

Overview
A flagship urban fitness club where high-energy programming sits directly above and beside residential and office tenants in a mixed-use Brickell tower.
Floating-floor and isolated wall assemblies were engineered to contain impact and structure-borne noise from group fitness, free weights, and cardio decks.
Music distribution and intelligible paging were designed for the open studio plan, balancing high-energy class playback with comfort across the broader gym floor.
