Overview

Project Summary

CorporateRecording Studio

A hybrid corporate and recording campus where executive workspace, listening rooms, and tracking studios share a single envelope without sonic compromise.

We engineered room-within-room construction for the critical listening and recording suites, isolating them from open-plan office acoustics and the building's mechanical systems.

Reference monitoring environments were calibrated to industry standards, giving producers and A&R teams a reliable acoustic baseline across every room.

What we did

01

Separated creative and workplace needs

Mapped the acoustic demands of executive offices, open collaboration, listening rooms, edit suites, and recording rooms.

02

Built critical rooms as instruments

Designed isolated room shells, tuned surface treatments, and low-noise mechanical strategies for the music production spaces.

03

Coordinated across disciplines

Worked with architecture, MEP, and AV teams so acoustic treatments, cabling, and technical furniture landed cleanly in the final build.

04

Calibrated the listening chain

Balanced monitoring systems and room response so teams can trust creative decisions across the campus.
