Respected the landmark fabric
Assessed restored plaster, millwork, ceilings, and protected architectural features before recommending any acoustic intervention.

Overview
A members-only hospitality destination occupying a landmark building, where heritage architecture and contemporary acoustic comfort had to coexist with care.
Discreet absorption and diffusion were integrated into restored plaster, millwork, and ceiling details, lowering reverberation without altering the protected interiors.
Sound isolation between dining, lounge, performance, and guest-room spaces was engineered so each program type holds its own character — even with the venue at full occupancy.
