Voltaire

Voltaire

Criterion Acoustics provided architectural acoustic services for Voltaire, a groundbreaking nightlife and performance venue conceptualized by Michael Gruber. Located in Las Vegas, Voltaire redefines entertainment by combining the energy of a pre-party, the intimacy of headline performances, and the exuberance of an after-party, all within a venue designed to captivate and immerse its guests.

The 1,000-person venue embodies the allure of Belle de Nuit, a theme that exudes elegance, mystery, and playful sophistication. Featuring opulent art-deco-inspired furnishings and a layout designed for seamless cocktail service and vibrant social interaction, Voltaire is the epitome of modern luxury. The acoustics of the space play a pivotal role in delivering an unparalleled experience for both performers and audiences.

Criterion Acoustics collaborated closely with the design team to optimize the venue’s acoustic environment, ensuring it could accommodate its diverse programming. From the dynamic cabaret-meets-disco Belle de Nuit show to headline performances by artists such as Kylie Minogue and Christina Aguilera, the space was engineered to maintain impeccable sound quality. The intimate design amplifies the connection between performers and guests, creating a uniquely immersive musical experience.

Voltaire’s environment reflects both technical precision and artistic vision, offering a space where high-energy performances and intimate moments coexist seamlessly. The project exemplifies Criterion Acoustics’ expertise in crafting acoustically optimized spaces that elevate world-class entertainment experiences, ensuring Voltaire’s place as a premier destination in Las Vegas nightlife.
