Liv at Fontainebleau in Las Vegas redefines luxury nightlife with a state-of-the-art nightclub and event space, hosting top-tier talent in an extraordinary setting. Renowned for its world-class entertainment and cutting-edge design, LIV stands as a leader in the global nightlife and dance music industry, offering an unparalleled experience in a visually stunning and acoustically optimized venue.
In collaboration with the ownership team at Groot, Criterion Acoustics partnered with BWA Architects, Sound Investment, and the Rockwell Group to provide specialized acoustic consulting services. The project was expertly executed by general contractor W.A. Richardson, with project management led by FBDEV. Criterion Acoustics contributed expertise in sound isolation, mechanical acoustics, and architectural acoustics, ensuring that the venue’s high energy does not disrupt other activities within the resort.
A key achievement in this project was the mechanical decoupling of the nightclub from the base building structure. This innovative approach enables LIV to achieve extreme sound pressure levels, delivering a dynamic nightlife experience while maintaining sound isolation for surrounding spaces. The integration of Criterion Acoustics’ design with Sound Investment’s Funktion One sound reinforcement system has resulted in an awe-inspiring auditory impact that complements the venue’s bold and luxurious aesthetic, as conceived by the Rockwell Group.
Through the visionary leadership of Groot and meticulous collaboration with Steelman Design, Rockwell Interiors, and Criterion Acoustics, LIV at Fontainebleau has set a new standard in nightlife, creating a premier destination for entertainment and indulgence in Las Vegas.
