The Steelman Group led the $180 million expansion of the Gila River Wild Horse Pass Casino in Arizona, transforming it into a premier destination. The project introduced a striking 11-story, 165,000-square-foot tower with 205 new guestrooms, increasing the property’s total to 447. Guests can enjoy rooftop dining at Prime and 11ven at Prime, offering panoramic views, two resort-style pools, and over 25,000 square feet of meeting space. The casino floor was also revitalized with bold design upgrades, including an 80 foot wide LED screen, creating a dynamic and engaging atmosphere.
