When EMM Group recently opened a new night club in the Bowery neighborhood of Manhattan, Criterion Acoustics (CA) was selected to ensure that music from Finale would be code compliant per the NYC Noise Code.
CA provided both sound isolation and internal room acoustics design. After extensive analysis, Criterion Acoustics designed a unique sound isolation scheme that mandated new steel beams, which were brought in to support the load from the additional soundproofing.
